Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live. On average your order will be delivered in approximately 7-21 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed. We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website.Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order.We strongly advise that you do not book installer until your goods have arrived and have been checked, as we are not liable for any installer costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. Some deliveries such as our pallet deliveries cannot be left in a safe place and will require a signature. If these deliveries are missed, they may require a re-delivery fee.Please email us at info@gbgroupdecor.com
If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours using the Contact Us form, or by emailing info@gbgroupdecor.com and somebody will look into it and contact you as soon as possible. We aim to resolve these issues within 48 hours.
Our standard delivery option will normally take between 7 and 14 working days to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT, and Standard Delivery is available free of charge on all orders over 10 m2 to UK mainland delivery addresses. We use a selection of couriers to enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery service.
Besides delivering to mainland UK destinations, we also offer international deliveries. We regularly ship goods to various parts of the World.If you happen to live outside the UK and are interested in our products, you can email info@gbgroupdecor.co.uk to receive a quote on the shipping cost to your country.
If you would like to return an item to us, items must be unused and in a saleable condition, they will need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods. For more information regarding our returns policy, please see our Returns Information.
When you take receipt of your order, you are required to give your items a quick check to ensure there are no problems and that you are happy to receive the order. If you notice any missing items or other problems, please contact our customer services team immediately.
Yes, you can add items on to existing orders by calling our customer service team or by emailing info@gbgroupdecor.com .Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions.
No, but we do offer weekend delivery on some orders.
A member of our customer service team or our pallet courier will contact you once your order is processed to arrange a convenient date for delivery.
Please note that our delivery drivers do not unload your goods into your property or storage location and also cannot help with installation. Therefore, you must ensure you have the appropriate personnel with you at the time of delivery to assist you in moving the goods to your desired location.
